FISCAL NOTE

This bill contains an appropriation of $26,316 from the GENERAL FUND to the Governor's Office for the 2007-08 biennium to be used for a cost of living increase to the budget for Saint Stephens School. One-half of these funds shall be used for each year of the biennium.

There is transferred to the Governor's Office from the Department of Education $384,110 for funding for Saint Stephens School. This amount is the Governor's recommended budget for Saint Stephens School for the 2007-08 biennium (Department of Education budget request, pages 96-97).   This transfer will be a type 1 transfer, pursuant to W.S. 9-2-1707(b)(i).
