FISCAL NOTE

This bill contains an appropriation of $1,581,000 from the GENERAL FUND to the State Retirement Account.

The appropriation covers the increase in liability (through July 1, 2006) created by the granting of increased benefits on the prior service of the Highway Patrol dispatchers with service prior to July 1, 2002.
