No significant fiscal or personnel impact at the state level.

Funding of the credit under this bill would be the responsibility of each county. No non-administrative impact to the state is indicated.

Passage of this bill would likely result in the need for additional computer programming for the new Computer-Aided-Mass-Appraisal (CAMA) software now being deployed in the County Assessors' offices.  The Department of Revenue believes such programming would be included within the scope of the current support contract with the vendor.  Costs for County Treasurer systems programming would be borne by the county, as would be the general administrative costs of the program.
