FISCAL NOTE

This bill contains an appropriation of $10,000,000 from the BUDGET RESERVE ACCOUNT.

 

The appropriation consists of $5,000,000 to the Wyoming Fossil Presentation Program Trust Account and $5,000,000 to the Wyoming Fossil Presentation Program Income Account.

Interest from the $5,000,000 invested in the Wyoming Fossil Presentation Program Trust Account.

 

Assumptions:

The revenue increase assumes a 4.34% yield for FY07, a 4.53% yield for FY08, and a 4.72% yield for FY09.

 

Expenditure Increase:

No estimates have been made with respect to expenditures from the Wyoming Fossil Presentation Program Income Account for grants, either from the initial $5,000,000 appropriation or the annual interest earnings of the Wyoming Fossil Presentation Program Trust Account.
