FISCAL NOTE

This bill contains an appropriation of $170,000,000 from the GENERAL FUND to the State Loan and Investment Board. Of this appropriation, $50,000,000 shall be for funding matching grants to counties and $120,000,000 shall be for funding matching grants to cities, towns, and special districts.

Any additional fiscal or personnel impact is not determinable due to insufficient time to complete the fiscal note process.
