FISCAL NOTE

This bill contains an appropriation of $7,970,000 from the GENERAL FUND to the Department of Environmental Quality, effective July 1, 2006.  Of this appropriation, any unexpended funds shall not revert to the General Fund at the end of the 2007-08 biennium.

This bill contains an appropriation of $1,300,000 from the GENERAL FUND to the Department of Environmental Quality, effective July 1, 2006.

This bill contains an authorization of 2 Full-Time positions. This position authorization is effective immediately.

This bill contains an appropriation of $320,500 from the GENERAL FUND to the Department of Environmental Quality to fund the 2 positions in the bill. This appropriation is effective immediately. A request from the Department of Environmental Quality shall be included in the 2009-10 biennium standard budget request for purposes of continuing funding of this program and these positions.
