Anticipated Revenue Increase:
Wyoming Services Voluntary Drug Testing Account	137,000	137,000	140,000

Source of revenue increase:

The estimated source of revenue mentioned above is the employer payments to cover the drug-testing cost for the Workforce Services program participants who may be hired as proposed in W.S. 9-2-2608(b).

Assumptions:

This assumption assumes:

• drug-tests at $30;
• that the employers request that the Department of Workforce Services ask 5 candidates to be tested for each job; and
• employer reimbursement of $30.

This bill has administrative impact that appears to increase (or decrease) duties or responsibilities of one or more state agencies and may impact agency spending or staffing requirements. As introduced, the bill modifies the Department of Workforce Services’ budget.
