FISCAL NOTE

This bill contains an appropriation of $20,000,000 from the BUDGET RESERVE ACCOUNT to the proposed Wyoming Community Infrastructure Account.

This bill contains an authorization of 1 Part-Time at-will contract position to the Wyoming Business Council.

This bill contains an appropriation of $70,000 from the GENERAL FUND to the Wyoming Business Council to fund the above position.

Any additional fiscal or personnel impact is not determinable due to insufficient time to complete the fiscal note process.
