"(b) There is appropriated one million two hundred thousand dollars ($1,200,000.00) from the general fund to the drug court account created by W.S. 5-10-102 for the period beginning with the effective date of this act and ending June 30, 2008. Funds under this subsection shall be expended for residential substance abuse treatment costs incurred by any drug court which meets all of the qualifications of W.S. 5-10-106 and rules and regulations promulgated under W.S. 5-10-103. Funds awarded by the drug court panel under this subsection may be in addition to any funds awarded under, and may exceed the limitations specified in, W.S. 5-10-102(b).".
