"(d)  Western Wyoming Community College is authorized to expend three million eight thousand six hundred dollars ($3,008,600.00) for a diesel technology facility.  The funds shall be received from nonstate general fund sources, public or private.

(e)  Northern Wyoming Community College District is authorized to expend eighteen million three hundred ninety-four thousand dollars ($18,394,000.00) for a Gillette technology education center.  The funds shall be received from nonstate general fund sources, public or private.

(f)  Laramie County Community College is authorized to expend seven million four hundred thirty-five thousand seven hundred seventy-four dollars ($7,435,774.00) for new plant facilities and infrastructure for the health sciences.  The funds shall be received from nonstate general fund sources, public or private.

(g)  Northwest college is authorized to expend thirteen million six hundred twenty-six thousand four hundred fifty dollars ($13,626,450.00) for a workforce development and technology building.  The funds shall be received from nonstate general fund sources, public or private.

(h)  Casper College is authorized to expend twenty million two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($20,250,000.00) for a campus commons building.  The funds shall be received from nonstate general fund sources, public or private.

(j)  Casper College is authorized to expend one million ninety-two thousand dollars ($1,092,000.00) for a vocational education addition.  The funds shall be received from nonstate general fund sources, public or private.

(k)  Central Wyoming College is authorized to expend six million eight hundred eighty thousand dollars ($6,880,000.00) for an equine education center.  The funds shall be received from nonstate general fund sources, public or private.

(m)  Central Wyoming College is authorized to expend eight million one hundred eighteen thousand dollars ($8,118,000.00) for housing units.  The funds shall be received from nonstate general fund sources, public or private.

(n)  Northern Wyoming Community College District is authorized to expend one million nine hundred eighty-two thousand five hundred fifty-five dollars ($1,982,555.00) for a health science education building.  The funds shall be received from nonstate general fund sources, public or private.

(o)  Central Wyoming College is authorized to expend nineteen million eight hundred thirty-three thousand two hundred twenty-eight dollars ($19,833,228.00) for a new science building and renovations to the technology center and classroom wing.  The funds shall be received from nonstate general fund sources, public or private.".  BERGER, MILLIN, PHILP
