FISCAL NOTE
This bill contains an appropriation of $1,099,890 from the GENERAL FUND.
This appropriation will result in an expenditure increase due to the amounts to be paid for social-emotional development services.
Assumptions:
On December 1, 2006 the child count for the FY08 contract is 3,114 at $363 per child, which results in an expenditure increase of $1,130,382. The December 1, 2007 child count for the FY09 contract is projected to be 3,182 at $363 per child, which results in an expenditure increase of $1,155,066. The December 1, 2008 child count for the FY10 contract is projected to be 3,341 at $363 per child, which results in an expenditure increase of $1,212,783. These estimates do not account for any external cost adjustment that may be incorporated for FY09 and FY10 resulting from W.S. 21-2-706(c).
