FISCAL NOTE

This bill contains an appropriation of $2,838,154 from the BUDGET RESERVE ACCOUNT.

This bill contains an appropriation of $267,367 from the GENERAL FUND.

This bill contains an authorization of 1 Full-Time position and 15 Part-Time positions.

Appropriation Discussion:

The $267,367 appropriation from the General Fund is to be used for the additional FTE positions.

The $2,838,154 appropriation is to be used for the following purposes:

• $785,641 for the construction of exhibits,

• $731,370 for the purchase of equipment (technology), and

• $1,321,143 for the restoration and renovation of historic building and rooms.

NOTICE-AGENCY ESTIMATE OF ADMINISTRATIVE IMPACT REQUESTED

This bill has administrative impact that appears to increase duties or responsibilities of one or more state agencies and may impact agency spending or staffing requirements. As introduced, the bill modifies a state agency budget and current personnel authorizations.
