FISCAL NOTE

The potential revenue increase generated from fees is indeterminable.

If the licensure fee is established at $100 and, for purposes of estimation only, there are assumed to be 100 tattoo parlors in Wyoming, this bill would generate $10,000 in revenue each year.  However, the actual number of tattoo parlors is unknown.

NOTICE-AGENCY ESTIMATE OF ADMINISTRATIVE IMPACT REQUESTED

In addition, this bill has administrative impact that appears to increase (or decrease) duties or responsibilities of one or more state agencies and may impact agency spending or staffing requirements. As introduced, the bill does not modify any state agency budget or current personnel authorizations.
