FISCAL NOTE

This bill contains appropriations of $7,093,397 from the GENERAL FUND.  These appropriations are effective immediately.

This bill contains appropriations of $4,659,280 from the FEDERAL FUNDS.  These appropriations are effective immediately.

This bill contains an authorization of 11 Full-Time positions.

The fiscal impact in the form of a revenue increase due to the generation of fees is indeterminable due to an unknown number of homes that will eventually be licensed.

This bill has administrative impact that appears to increase (or decrease) duties or responsibilities of one or more state agencies and may impact agency spending or staffing requirements. As introduced, the bill modifies the Department of Health's budget and current personnel authorizations.
