FISCAL NOTE

This bill contains an appropriation of $448,195 from the GENERAL FUND for the veterinary technology building at Eastern Wyoming College.

This bill contains an appropriation of $18,394,000 from the GENERAL FUND for the technical education center at Northern Wyoming Community College, Gillette College campus.

This bill contains an appropriation of $7,435,774 from the GENERAL FUND for the health science building at Laramie County Community College.

The funds appropriated above shall be retained by the Community College Commission and available to the community college to fund the authorized project only to the extent that funds are received from other nongeneral fund sources, public or private, to match the General Fund appropriation dollar for dollar.

This bill also contains an appropriation of $4,000,000 from the GENERAL FUND for the diesel mechanics addition at Western Wyoming College. These funds shall be appropriated at such time as Western Wyoming College certifies to the Wyoming Community College Commission that a sufficient amount of funds have been received for the dormitory residence hall described below.

Western Wyoming College is authorized to expend not to exceed $6,000,000 for a dormitory residence hall. The funds shall be received from nonstate general fund sources, public or private.
