The fiscal impact, in the form of a potential expenditure decrease, is indeterminable.

Source of Potential Expenditure Decrease:

Increased recoveries from private insurers, estates, and other sources.

Assumptions:

This bill could possibly increase the recoveries from funding sources other than Medicaid, which would then decrease expenditures.  However, at this time the Department of Health is not able to determine what additional recoveries this bill would generate.
