FISCAL NOTE

This bill contains appropriations of $9,030,000 from the GENERAL FUND.  This appropriation is effective immediately.

This bill contains an authorization of 4 Full-Time positions.

A breakout of the appropriations contained in this bill is as follows:

Colorectal cancer screening - $8,000,000

Colorectal cancer treatment - $400,000

Breast and cervical cancer education, outreach and screening - $120,000

Outreach pilot program for medically underserved populations - $30,000

Native sisters program - $100,000

Commission on pain - $100,000

Administration $280,000

NOTICE-AGENCY ESTIMATE OF ADMINISTRATIVE IMPACT REQUESTED

This bill has administrative impact that appears to increase (or decrease) duties or responsibilities of one or more state agencies and may impact agency spending or staffing requirements. As introduced, the bill modifies the Department of Health's budget or current personnel authorizations.
