FISCAL NOTE

This bill contains an appropriation of $250,000 from the SCHOOL FOUNDATION FUND to the Department of Education.  This appropriation is effective immediately and ends March 31, 2009.

This bill contains an appropriation of $10,000 from the SCHOOL FOUNDATION FUND to the Legislative Service Office.  This appropriation is effective immediately and ends March 31, 2009.
