FISCAL NOTE

This bill contains an appropriation of $28,634,504 from the WATER DEVELOPMENT I.

This bill contains an appropriation of $3,720,950 from the WATER DEVELOPMENT II.

This bill amends the reversion dates for 5 projects to March 1, 2007. The amendment of these reversion dates will result in reversions of $10,550,000 to Water Development Account I and $1,670,710 to Water Development Account II on March 1, 2007.
