Source of Revenue Increase:
Fee paid by licencees for errors and omissions insurance administration by Real Estate Commission staff.
Assumptions:
Wyoming has 3500 real estate brokers and salesmen. Of those, 800 are inactive and 200 will not renew. However, the Real Estate Commission anticipates a slight increase in active licenses due to current strong economic conditions in Wyoming.

This bill has administrative impact that appears to increase (or decrease) duties or responsibilities of one or more state agencies and may impact agency spending or staffing requirements. As introduced, the bill does not modify any state agency budget or current personnel authorizations.
