FISCAL NOTE

This bill allows funds from the Business Ready Community Account to be used for educational development infrastructure projects.

Funding for these projects would be subject to the Business Ready Community Program funds available, as appropriated by the legislature.

The School Facilities Commission provided an estimate of $6.9 million in education infrastructure costs for a variety of projects through calendar year 2008.
