AN ACT relating to the Nurse Licensure Compact; directing the governor to enter into a compact with other states to allow nurses licensed in one compact state to exercise a multistate licensure privilege in other states that are party to the compact; approving and specifying terms of the compact; providing conforming amendments; and providing for an effective date.
