AN ACT relating to public school teachers; establishing incentive reimbursement payments to school districts employing teachers holding multiple certification endorsements and providing instruction in multiple subject areas; providing reimbursement payments to school districts employing teachers holding national board certification; imposing conditions; requiring the department of education to administer reimbursement programs; imposing reporting requirements; and providing for an effective date.
