AN ACT relating to motor vehicles; providing for embossed license plates as specified; providing for redesign of license plates every five years; providing for consultation with the department of state parks and cultural resources in the design of license plates; designating that vehicle registration state fees be used for the manufacture of license plates; and providing for an effective date.
