Abandoned vehicles.

AN ACT relating to abandoned vehicles; providing that a liability policy issued to a vehicle owner or operator shall include insurance for the cost of the vehicle's remediation and recovery as specified; providing an increase in the allowable expenses payable for a vehicle abandoned on public property; providing for the suspension of a driver's license for failure to pay the costs and penalties associated with the remediation and recovery of a vehicle abandoned on public property; and providing for an effective date.
