No significant fiscal or personnel impact.

Each year, county assessors provide the Board of Equalization a mill levy report which includes information concerning the levy of taxes by governmental entities, including special districts.  Prior to the Board’s approval of those reports, the Department of Revenue verifies the special district information provided by the county assessors. This bill would not have a fiscal impact, non‑administrative or administrative.
