FISCAL NOTE

This bill contains appropriations of $5,165,000 from the WATER DEVELOPMENT I.

This bill contains appropriations of $500,000 from the WATER DEVELOPMENT II.

This bill contains appropriations of $1,100,000 from the WATER DEVELOPMENT III.

This bill amends the 2007 Session Laws, Chapter 85, Section 6(c). This amendment will result in a reversion of $100,000 to Water Development Account I on June 30, 2008.
