FISCAL NOTE

This bill contains an appropriation of $250,000 from the GENERAL FUND to the Wyoming Health Care Commission.  This appropriation is effective immediately and ends June 30, 2010.

Discussion of appropriation:

This appropriation shall be expended for the purpose of conducting the request for proposals and submitting the report.

It should be noted that in accordance with W.S. 9-2-2804 the Wyoming Health Care Commission is scheduled to sunset June 30, 2009.
