FISCAL NOTE

This bill contains an appropriation of $1,000,000 from the GENERAL FUND.

In addition, the Department of Transportation shall report annual expenditures to the state treasurer on June 30, 2009 and 2010.  Upon receiving the reports, the State Treasurer shall transfer from funds available in the abandoned mine land funds reserve account to the General Fund an amount equal to the amounts of the expenditure reported.

NOTICE-AGENCY ESTIMATE OF ADMINISTRATIVE IMPACT REQUESTED

This bill has administrative impact that appears to increase duties or responsibilities of one or more state agencies and may impact agency spending or staffing requirements. As introduced, the bill does not modify any state agency budget or current personnel authorizations.
