FISCAL NOTE

This bill contains an appropriation of $3,104,762 from the SCHOOL FOUNDATION PROGRAM ACCOUNT to the Department of Education.  This appropriation is effective immediately.

The appropriation is to implement a one-time payment adjustment,  which is based on the attached estimate prepared by Wyoming Department of Education. The appropriation is effective immediately with resulting impact to FY 2008 only.
