FISCAL NOTE

The Animal Damage Management Program currently has a sunset date of January 1, 2009.  This legislation, if adopted, will repeal the sunset date.

For FY07-08, the budget for the Animal Damage Management Program was was $822,269 ($300,000 General Fund/$522,269 Agency Fund).  If this program is allowed to continue as a permanent program, it is assumed the fiscal impact will be approximately the same amount for future bienniums.
