FISCAL NOTE

The non-administrative fiscal impact is indeterminable, as there is no way to estimate the number of students who have lost Hathaway Scholarships that may now be able to earn them back due to passage of this bill.

On its own, this bill will not require additional personnel and/or funding.  However, passage of multiple bills of this type may result in a cumulative administrative impact to the Community College Commission.
