FISCAL NOTE
This bill contains an
appropriation of $1,195,000 from the GENERAL FUND. This appropriation is
effective immediately.
This bill contains an authorization of 3 Full-Time
positions.
Of this appropriation,
- $650,000 is appropriated to the legislative service office
for the purpose of the operations of the select committee on state
institutions.
- $500,000 is appropriated to the legislative service office
for the purpose of hiring consultants to assist in the study required by
this act.
- $45,000 is appropriated to the governor's office for the
purpose of the operations of the governor's planning committee on state
institutions.
Of the authorization of positions,
- One FTE shall be a project director.
- Two FTE shall be assistants.
The positions shall expire June 30, 2012.
