FISCAL NOTE

One new Water Management Specialist 02 position has been recommended by the Governor in his 2009-2010 biennial budget request for the State Engineer to address existing and future coalbed natural gas issues associated with continued natural gas development.

NOTICE-AGENCY ESTIMATE OF ADMINISTRATIVE IMPACT REQUESTED

This bill has administrative impact that appears to increase duties or responsibilities of one or more state agencies and may impact agency spending or staffing requirements. As introduced, the bill does not modify any state agency budget or current personnel authorizations.
