FISCAL NOTE

There is appropriated not more than two million dollars ($2,000,000) in unobligated monies from the General Fund to the Department of Family Services originally appropriated in 2006 Wyoming Session Laws, Chapter 35, Section 2, Section 049, for program services.  These funds shall not revert on June 30, 2008, but shall be used for the period beginning April 1, 2008 and ending June 30, 2010.

The fiscal impact is indeterminable.  It is possible an increase in expenditures might occur if the number of juveniles receiving services increases.  In addition, it is also possible there may be an impact to the School Foundation Program.
