FISCAL NOTE

This bill contains appropriations of $31,351,000 from the GENERAL FUND to the Wyoming Community College Commission for the following projects:

• $10,000,000 for the center for training and development at Casper College
• $11,434,000 for the applied science and technology classroom building at Northwest Wyoming Community College
• $9,917,000 for the applied health and trades project building at Central Wyoming Community College.

The funds appropriated above shall be retained by the Commission and made available to the community college to fund the authorized project only to the extent that funds have first been received by the community college from other nongeneral fund sources, public or private, in the following amounts:

• $10,250,000 match for the center for training and development at Casper College

• $4,329,000 match for the applied science and technology classroom building at Northwest Wyoming Community College

• $9,917,000 match for the applied health and trades project building at Central Wyoming Community College.

Any additional fiscal or personnel impact is not determinable due to insufficient time to complete the fiscal note process.
