No significant fiscal or personnel impact.

This bill eliminates employers from having to pay the 11.25% retirement contribution into the state retirement system for retired employees that are rehired into part-time or temporary positions.

The amount of these contributions to the retirement system for retired employees rehired into part-time and temporary positions is indeterminable, but it is presumed to be negligible.
