2008 Wyoming Laws, Chapter 48, Section 327 established the Community College Planning Task Force to review and evaluate the Wyoming community college system, and to report study findings and recommendations to the Joint Education Committee and the Joint Appropriations Committee.

Community College Planning Task Force Report and Legislative Recommendations

Continued from previous day to the extent necessary.

U.W. Certification of College of Education Graduates.

Report on mechanisms allowing UW teaching graduates to become certified simultaneous with graduation.

Wyoming School Boards Association.

Pursuant to a request of the Association, time is provided for consideration of proposal on treatment of ADM for populating new schools.

Summer School Program Annual Report.

In accordance with W.S. 21‑13‑334(j), the Department of Education is required to report to the committee on summer school and extended day programs receiving assistance and on program effectiveness.

Instructional Facilitator Program Annual Report.

The Department of Education is directed to annually report distributions and expenditures of instructional facilitator program assistance and report on program effectiveness and impacts on district performance (W.S. 21‑13‑335(f)).
