Subject:            Modifies the sunset date on off-road vehicle gasoline tax distributions and repeals the sunset date on motorboat gasoline tax distributions.

· The act removes the sunset date on the distribution of gasoline taxes collected that are attributed as being from motorboat users to the department of state parks and cultural resources for use in improving publicly owned boating facilities in the state.

· The act extends the sunset date to 2013 on the distribution of gasoline taxes collected that are attributed as being for off-road recreational vehicles to the department of state parks and cultural resources for use in improving off-road vehicle trails in the state.
