Summary/Major Elements:

 

·         The act increases use fees for state parks, recreation areas and historic sites by approximately 30%.

 

·         The act repeals annual nonresident camping permits.

 

·         The act allows the department of state parks and cultural resources to charge additional fees for added amenities such as electrical hookups, showers or camping structures which shall not be less than the cost of providing the amenity.
