· Increases oversize commercial vehicle single trip permit from $15 to $25.

· Increases overweight permit fee from $0.04 to $0.06 for each ton of weight in excess of the weight limitation under W.S. 31-18-802.

· Increases the minimum fee for an overweight vehicle from $25 to $40.
