· This act requires the Department of Health, in conjunction with the biennial budget process, to propose a new reimbursement schedule for Medicaid providers not otherwise provided a reimbursement increase.

· Factors to be considered in revising the reimbursement schedule include employment data, vacancies, number of participants, market factors, delivery of service data, usual and customary charges and other appropriate data.
