• Codifies the brucellosis surveillance testing in W.S. 11‑19‑407.

• Provides for a range for the testing reimbursement of $3.50 to $8.00 per head on cattle tested.

• Provides for monthly reimbursement payments directly to accredited veterinarians who perform the brucellosis testing.
