Subject:  Wyoming Partnership Challenge Loan Program appropriation.

Summary/Major Elements:

· Provides a $2,000,000 general fund appropriation to the Wyoming Partnership Challenge Loan Program, created at W.S. 9-12-302(a) (the successor to the Amendment IV program).

· The funds shall be loaned to community development organizations and state development organizations in accordance with the provisions of W.S. 9-12-304, including, but not limited to, make loans to Wyoming businesses and investments in support of Wyoming businesses, such as infrastructure construction loans and occupational training loans, bridge loans and loans for economic disaster areas as specified by statute.

· Only ½ the funds shall be appropriated in any given fiscal year.
