Summary/Major Elements:

· Under current law, commercial vehicles must be registered between January 1 and March 31, while non-commercial vehicles must be registered by the last day of the annual registration month, as specified in W.S. 31-2-206(e).

· This act amends the registration requirement for commercial vehicles by authorizing staggered registration based on the last day of the annual registration month, as specified in W.S. 31-2-206(e).
