· This act amends the membership of the board to include only one member of the Sweetwater county memorial hospital board appointed by the Sweetwater county commissioners and seven members representing miners, with at least one each from Sweetwater and Campbell counties.

· The act specifies the terms of the three members of the Sweetwater county memorial hospital board appointed by the Sweetwater county commissioners with terms expiring prior to 2012, will expire as of July 1, 2008.
