AN ACT relating to commercial vehicles; providing an increase in the overweight commercial vehicle single permit fee as specified; providing an increase in the overweight commercial vehicle per ton fee as specified; providing an increase in the minimum fee for an overweight vehicle permit; and providing for an effective date.
