AN ACT relating to crimes and offenses; creating the crime of intimidation in furtherance of the interests of a criminal street gang; creating enhanced sentencing penalties for felonies committed in furtherance of the interests of a criminal street gang; amending the offense of property destruction and defacement to explicitly include graffiti; providing for a minimum sentence for felony property destruction and defacement; providing definitions; and providing for an effective date.
