AN ACT relating to motor vehicles; imposing maximum amounts of driving time for school vehicle drivers as specified; amending the definition of school bus to include the driver when determining the number of passengers a school bus may carry; creating a new definition for multipurpose school passenger vehicle; and providing for an effective date.
