Rep. Roy Cohee, Chair of the Select Committee on Local Government Financing, has announced the Committee will meet:

Agenda

 

The purpose of the meeting is to continue the Committee’s review of local government financing, including review of a funding formula model for state distributions to local governments, review of legislation regarding a single fiscal year for governmental entities, a training program for local government reporting of revenues and expenditures, review past distributions of funding through the state loan and investment board,  use of census references in statute and to discuss the Committee’s duties.
